What happens in case of damaged product or lost delivery?
We handle such questions carefully and will investigate individual cases in detail. Take a photo of the defective item. Email the picture and your delivery order to us at email@example.com. In case of lost delivery, we will send the order to you free of charge, subject to availability after receiving confirmation from the delivery team that your order has been lost.
